On your appointment date, come in on time an meet the doctor for your in-person evaluation. Bring along:
– Proof of Florida Residency (Driver’s license, FL ID, voter registration, utility bill, etc.)
– Any medical record you may have supporting your qualifying conditions (Doctor’s notes, prescriptions, X-ray reports, etc.)

– The doctor determines your conditions qualify
– You are added to the Florida State Medical Marijuana Use registry
– You access the registry and complete the necessary steps for your Medical Cannabis card.
– You get a temporary card on the spot and may visit any dispensary to obtain the product(s) recommended
– If you do not qualify you are fully refunded 100%
